Hello all!

Another week, another update! This one is a bit less substantial than the last, mostly focusing on quality of life and some other minor stuff to get certain things to a place where they are easier for both the player to read and me to implement.

On top of that, though, there was a fair amount of behind-the-scenes work done toward Saren Glass's Ultimate encounter, which, if the winds of providence stay at my back, I plan to have ready for next week!

But, the changelog for this week!

Updates:



-Bosses Killed Bonus now scales with hymn levels at a rate of 10%


-Mirei

-Updated her model to more closely resemble her icon



-Hanged Acacia

-Increased base armor

-100 -> 200

-Increased base shield

-250 -> 450

-Lowered the cooldown time for all abilities

-Fireblast

-2 sec -> 1.5 sec

-Firestorm

-2 sec -> 1.5 sec

-Sweeping Roots

-3 sec -> 2 sec

-Decreased the time it takes for Firestorm to strike

-1.5 sec -> 1.15 sec


-Added the Budding Mote

-Rare quality

-Earth and water mana

-Spawns an stunning aoe effect around the player on secondary

-10 second cooldown


-Traps no longer tick after the player is a certain distance away from them


-Added a question mark icon for various things around the map that are grander than a normal health shrine

-Ex. Specific events have the icon, unfound new characters have the icon, etc.


-Mote icon color in the Mote Hutch now is based on rarity


-Lowered the cost of all potion upgrades other than pouches

-All were lowered by a magnitude of 10

-Note: I have no idea what my thought process was making them that expensive to begin with

Bug Fixes:

-Fixed a bug with Hanged Acacia were it wasn't properly dumping the references to its sweeping roots as they died, thus keeping it from using sweeping roots as it should
-Added a missing icon for the Cored Mote
-Fixed a bug with the Overgrown Sentinel where, if an elite mushroom had been spawned, the elite effect would not despawn on the Overgrown Sentinel's death
-Fixed a similar bug as above with the Honeyed Moteshroom Colony and its Honeyed Moteshrooms
-Fixed a couple more Putrid Plains tiles that were improperly leveled
