- fixed a way to overcome the banking loan limit

Gameplay
- reworked studio quality calculation to be less punishing at Newbie and Easy difficulties
- rebalanced profit calculation for movies with lower ratings
- creatives and extras now gain skill when placed in training
- rebalanced rewards and milestones needed for producer levels
