0.0.29 - Warpaint and bug fixes

Added a warpaint NPC that can be found tied up in the jungle temple. You will need to generate a new world for him to spawn there.
Once he has a house, you can ask him to apply warpaint to you. You'll need to unlock the warpaint. Right now you can only apply one at a time, unless you press enter and type /event 33. Then you'll unlock chest warpaint and be able to apply the second one.
Hopefully fixed a multiplayer bug where all the enemies are invisible on the client. I'll have to test this build to see if it worked.
Fixed a bug where bosses wouldn't spawn
Fixed a bug where it says "+1" forever on the fishing HUD, and fixed the spacing between the text and the fish icon
Fixed a typo on the silver chest
