Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

- Add Material Icons by Google

- Replace a lot of text with icons

- More intuitive interface

- Reduce the number of runtime librairies to avoid compatibility issues (use stb_image instead of FreeImage, stb_truetype instead of FreeType)

- Change Windows compiler from Visual C++ to g++

- Disable MacOS support for now (for two reasons, I don't own a Macbook currently to test things out and Apple does not plan to support OpenGL)
