Major changes:
- Added english and german subtitles

Bugfixes:
- Level 2.2: Changed mushroom eat count to always 3
- Level 2.2: Mushrooms now also get spawned if you enter through menu
- Level 3.7: Hands are shown now
Usability:
- Held objects can no longer be dropped
- Added cues for eating the mushrooms, grabbing the torch and the knife
