Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Music has changed in the 'Magic Realm'.
-Reduced 'noisy' sound effects for rewards.
-Added support for DPad controls.
-Dash no longer is effected by gravity.
-Buffed Cat Packs damage vs Enemies substantially.
-Milo will now give more hints about bosses and levels.
-Added more swings and perches to 'Golden Burrow'.
-Added more swings and perches to 'Ceremonial Caverns'.
