There are 1 base hat and 2 hats available for purchase in patch v0.53:
Base hat - [Bald] - with Q ability "Healing Potion"
Hat 1 - [Dropping Bachman] - with Q abilities "Fly" and "Ground Slam"
Hat 2 - [Giba's Dark Blinder] - with Q ability "Hurricane Kick"
