This is the last planned playtest patch, as the demo content for the most part is complete. Unless a major bug and crash is found, the playtest is going to be taken down in a week until the demo launches. Thanks for testing Heroes For Hire, the feedback has been really helpful.
Additions:
- Enemy tournament/rival weapons can now contain gems and have differing qualities.
Other Changes:
- Raids will no longer automatically start if one of the heroes is sick.
- The room building system that the guild hall uses has been changed. You can now build rooms anywhere in the raid, and the guild boundaries will expand and contract as necessary.
- It is now only possible to run one skirmish at a time.
- It is now possible to spectate the current skirmish if the popup is closed off.
- Selecting "maximize" during setup will now actually maximize the screen.
- The order of operations for automatic crafting and selling is now based on the vertical position of the popup and pin, from top to bottom. (Already works this way for raiding, gathering and training.)
Balance:
- The Bodyguard now has only neutral personality traits.
- The Bodyguard now only uses a sword, before was using randomly generated weapons each turn.
- Reduced the amount of healing done by the sapphire gem.
- Rival vs Rival battles during tournaments should now be more accurate.
- A couple enemy attacks targeted random heroes even if the hero was dead. This is no longer the case.
- Rebalanced some of the furniture items.
Bug Fixes:
- Autofilling a startraid popup with an empty fourth hero slot will now always add the Bodyguard if he is in your guild and is not raiding.
- Fixed a bug where the Bodyguard would occasionally not have a weapon.
- It is no longer possible to open up the Bodyguard's hero info popup using the raid list.
- Fixed a crash caused by trying to fire a hero.
- Fixed a crash caused by the "Pumped Up" skill.
- Fixed a crash caused by overworking a hero.
- Fixed a crash caused by the hero shortcut pin.
- Fixed a bug where the crafting menu wasn't actually checking to see if you had the right items when the actual item was being crafted.
