Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

I've updated the Linux and windows version of Little Crane.
If you don't like the shallow depth of field look, you can switch it off in the settings menu.

V121:

- Link against latest steam api, so that screen shots now work.

- Added shallow depth of field rendering.

- Linux: Fixed SDL2 bug where key events would get duplicated.
