After a lot of work trying to find out what causes occasional crashes, sometimes very frequently kicking you out of the game, making it impossible to enjoy the game, we have managed to come to some proven conclusions that work.
It is true that I can't assure that it will work in 100% of the cases but, until now, in the cases that presented frequent crashes due to a bug in the Unity player, these have stopped happening.
The crashes in these cases were caused by virtual adapters normally used for remote work.
In these cases these apps had to be disabled:
- Virtual Desktop (in this case it was used for VR)
- Citrix workspace
