To address the following:

• To fix a displacement issue with certain skill functions.
• Following the update to Bash, it was possible to use a combination of skills to have Milletians move to unintended places. In order to prevent this, the movement on Fencing Attack 1 and 2 has been removed.
• Note: The Name Change submission site will be unavailable after 1:00 PM PDT time, and will be available after the maintenance.
