SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

The PVP Arena has been completely reworked.
A new scientist NPC has been introduced.
A new faction has been added, accessible in the late game.
Numerous new ships and modules have been added.
Game mechanics and AI behavior have been improved.
