HOTFIX 0.67.0

Guys, I got sick so I couldn't make progress on this update. But it's up now.

God of Stickfights servers went into a maintenance due to bugs with the multiplayer

Apparently there are times when the server was connecting to the wrong regions or not connecting properly

That's why in this hotfix I added:

- A way to confirm in which region you are connected.

- An internal double check that you are connected correctly to the server.

- Changed (again) the server config to be more fluid.

- 15 second timer on character selection.

- 10 second timer in the scenario selection.

- Buff to gomu skin skill, now the movement speed is reduced only 11%.

Note: for all those who are not on the discord, that the server is in maintenance does not mean that you can not play online, just that I am constantly experimenting and making changes to the server so that can cause strange things.

Lastly, I noticed that there are a lot of people here on steam that are not on discord, you should join, I've been pretty active, so if you have any comments I'll most likely read them and you have people to play with, a win-win!
