Bug fixes
Following the first batch of bugs submitted, the following was amended:
- IMPROVEMENT: Difficulty settings menu now properly works with UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT arrow keys
- FIX: In some case, spawning was possible inside a refuelling platform
- FIX: Some Gravity Field reward items could not be activated
- minor world map update
