Beam NERFS
- turn speed 25 -> 20
- Beam grounded startup time 1s -> 1.2s
- Hookshotting an aerially beaming player no longer applies gravity to them
Blink gun now teleports players to a random position when hit.
- You will not get teleported into the water or too far away from your current position.
- If you are teleported when on a platform, you will end up on a platform.
- If you are teleported in the air, you will end up in the air.
- Blink gun CD 2.5s -> 5s when hitting a player
Players no longer keep their momentum when teleporting
Teleport
- The second cast of teleport now has no cooldown
- cooldown 2.5s->3s
- Teleport now works on blackholes
Missile BUFFS (It was a bit too easy to get away from missiles)
- cooldown 4s -> 4.5s
- speed 15 -> 18
- turn speed 2.2 -> 2.5
- let-go force 800 -> 1000
Smoke bomb BUFFS
- Throw force 135 -> 160
Grenade BUFFS
- Throw force 135 -> 160
Growth/shrink ray
- Everything except players and large platforms are now resized more 0.8 -> 1.4 per hit
- shrink ray no longer has a bigger effect on black holes than growth ray
Time stop
- cooldown 8s -> 3s
- timestop cooldown is now frozen during timestop
Ability spawns now spawn less often. Spawn time 25s -> 40s
