Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

-Fixed an issue in the Dancing Queen ending where an extra Ruby or Spinel character would appear.

※The Forest of Relics is no longer updating efficiently as it uses an older version of Unreal Engine than we are currently using.
We apologize for leaving bugs unaddressed for so long.
