Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed the issue where restarting the game would reset music and sound effects settings.
2. Fixed the issue where certain resolutions were not responsive after being adjusted.
3. Fixed the issue of incorrect layering of some objects within the game scenes.
