What is truly going on here?

The Jam Scrapz Collection was suppose to be a collection of our 'best' game jam submissions and repurpose them for commercial profit to make a living in this already declining US economy. Since we can no longer trust the company behind the "best engine on the planet", that obviously means JSC can no longer achieve the goal it solely existed for - honest profit and honest value, and it also means all motivation to complete the collection eventually waned. In addition to this, we have virtually no audience to develop or market this collection to (besides maybe a pocket few in single digits).

We learned from my mistake after wasting 5 years developing Qorena, a game that was also suppose to be commercial but due to misfortunate circumstances and a blunder on Steam during early access in 2020, the game was since doomed to a situation where making it free seemed to be the best course of action, so I did. Even then, We tried to be optimistic in hopes to turn the users who got the game free in early access into active player-traffic for the MP servers in the game. This ultimately proved futile. No matter what we did to improve the quality of the game, no one was playing; no one cared.

We do not want to make the same mistake with the Jam Scrapz Collection, so we decided to make concessions by cancelling the rest of the projects that were planned with this collection, including Episodes 2 and 3 of Gene-Soldier, to shorten development time. Better to just focus on the games already guaranteed for this collection than risk making anymore promises we couldn't keep.
