First, its an april fools update with some content i guess.
Second, its a big teaser to 0.9! (totally not because I didn't finish all the content)
Third, its the full release of modding!
Heres the changelog:
- New bosses: Puchan mage and Intrinity
- New progression: Riftinator! No new actual stuff cuz its still a teaser
- New enemies! Even some new passive enemies!
- Treasure to dig up and get money I guess!
- New music! Slimeboss and Wyrm have songs now, and so does Intrinity. Thanks to Keytiri from Pixabay and OneManSymphony from Bandcamp for the songs (they were paid by the way)!
- New weapons: Atomiser, Lobotomiser, Krafrarmbrust to complete the virsteel tier of weapons
- Stack merging in inventory I think
- Hold shift to craft all items that you can in the crafting menu!
- New icons for a ton of items
- Some rebalancing for some weapons (i think ranged is still op af though)
- Some earlygame magic weapons and items I guess!
- A secret...
- More money dropped from bosses
- Three new achievements
- Both revolver weapons don't deal headshots anymore, instead you can do a cointoss and ricochet your bullet to deal headshots!
- Mannequin now gets cumulative damage, so its readings for the shotgun and stuff are accurate
- Boomstick, Tactical Shotgun and Laserbuss knockback have been nerfed
- Recoil on harder difficulties have been nerfed
- Enemy spawnrate on harder difficulties has been nerfed
- Fixed gorlex's speedrun challenge
- There is now a shield slot, allowing you to use shields alongside melee weapons. Perfect parrying has also been buffed to give a new effect
- New dialogue system
- New character customisation option
- Added effects to enemies, now they can be set on fire by a few weapons
- Added more tutorials and hints, which can be disabled!
Changes from the beta
- Fixed range weapons using the wrong loading setting
