Crafting:
Enabled crafting for Nightmare items. Crafting on these is significantly more costly than regular items.

Balance:
Removed the restriction from Avatar of the Storm that caused it to not scale with your equipment damage. This was originally designed to prevent it from being overpowered, but it's now one of the weaker skills and could use some help!
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the Warrior passive was granting .1% Maximum Life instead of 1%
- Fixed a bug where the Hero passive was granting .1% Maximum Life instead of 1%
- Fixed a bug where the Hero passive "Explosive End" had a 1% Spell Damage Multiplier instead of a 100% Spell Damage Multiplier
- Fixed an oversight where the Hero passive never received something new after it lost the Mana bonus. It now grants 2% Maximum Life
- Fixed a bug where it was possible to divide by zero when calculating the Gambler item cost
- Fixed an exploit where dying and then closing the game would cause the Gambler's base items to revert to their original costs instead of their special gambler costs
