Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Adjusted a few bugs / UI issues,

- Made fishing slightly more forgiving
- Adjusted Anubias / Red Anubias to not "flicker/move"
- Fixed a bug with the daily wheel
- Fixed a dupe fish bug with new save files
- Added SOLD OUT signs to Charlie's Cavern Shop
