This update brings in Govee RGB Support.

Some Govee light products support being controlled via something known as the LAN API.
To enable, go into the Govee app, and enable the LAN API for each device you wish to be controlled by MyLittleCloud.

This should allow my MyLittleCloud to control your Govee light products to match the lightning.

Note, sometimes it may take MyLittleCloud a few min to find the Govee hardware on the network. If it isn't working right away, try connecting to the 2.4G band instead of the 5G.
