- Hitboxes are now managed by bullets instead of enemies, this should help frame rate when fighting red and grey/black blimps
- Buffed speed upgrade 5 -> 8
- Changed how turtle health scales with wave completion
- Turtles will now spawn slightly slower naturally 0.45s -> 0.55s
- Red blimp health change 100 + damage * 65 -> 50 + damage * 65
- Black blimp health change 250 + damage * 500 -> 200 + damage * 100
- Fighter Jet health change 1000 + damage * 650 -> 500 + damage * 400
- Bullets will now de-spawn faster once off screen
- Bullet hitbox size is slightly increased
