Update 60.3 - New main menu

Main menu: Popular, new & updated games show in top right.
Main menu: Title moved to the top left side.
Main menu: Menu moved to the left side.
Many abilities now has "...minion without <ability>" option.
CCG Master: Eldritch Cleric typo fixed.
Removed: On Play: Requires sacrifice.
Fix issue with move ability.
Fix issue with old "Discard a" ability.
Fix non-deck cards being selectable when creating deck.
Fix font size 28 not being selectable at start.
Fix font size 30 not visible at start.
Fix issue where tooltip would not disappear.

The new main menu makes it easy to see the community games and start a game. I'm not completely happy with it, but it is much better than the old one.
