It's almost here! The 1.0 release for Harve is right around the corner. We just couldn't wait to share what we have done over the months, so we decided to make this test build public! This update features many core changes, new features, and a TON of bug fixes.
Improvements:
-Terrain movements to “Pond”
-Overhauled requirement panel
-UI is more consistent
-Stats now save and load
-Animals match the surface rotation of the terrain
-Items are now purchased with a single click instead of double
-Animals now have a larger wonder zone (Expect some more action!)
-Improved the level select UI
-Added icons on the description panel
Fixes:
-Description panel scale bug
-AI pathfinding on “Pond”
-Deleting the save would not reset all the cost values
-Place impact on rocks not working after initially placed
-Place impact of flowers not working at all
-Flowers are now selectable
-Fixed often not being able to place flowers at all
New Features:
-New level and XP system
-Level requirements for objects
-Fauna progression (plant requirements for animals)
-Day-night cycle
-Dynamic weather
-Time system (Keeps track of days, years, and seasons)
Core Changes:
-Health system removed
-World saturation removed
-New worlds (levels) unlock at level 6
-Many cost changes
-Changes RPS to 3
