Mostly smaller stuff while working on the Nightmare Difficulty.

Smaller stuff:

Input field was active behind the In-game menu which made typing platforms possible while game was paused.

In rare cases the jumping with arrow keys messed up the input field. This one is tricky. With the fix it's hopefully solid enough that the times it still happens it can be blamed on fickle magic.

Input field not being active/focused. This should be fixed with pausing and resuming the game. Earlier only restarting the game seemed to fix this.
