Solution to black screen when starting the game 2
This problem occurs due to unknown save corruption.

You can choose the second starting option to change the save file location.
Location: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hospital 666\Hospital666\Saved

You can start the game by using the second starting option.

If you have the black screen issue after reopen the game,
Please try the following steps:

Turn off the game cloud function in the Steam collection library
Eradicate the entire save folder(Inside the game's folder [SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hospital 666\Hospital666\Saved])
Restart the game using the second starting option
