Removed extension loaded message as it can be excessive in some cases
Fixed workspace template that was hardcoded to Session 2

F10 (Hide toolbars) & F11 (full screen) popup messages now only shown once.
Made F10 (hide toolbar) shortcut also hide the top toolbar. (Special thanks to steam user Spirit Chaser for the idea)

NOTE: The bookmarks/action toolbar is still going to be hidden by using the button on the side toolbar.
