This update includes the following changes:

Added basic 2nd phase to all Bosses while also increasing PowerUP cooldowns in 1st phase
Increased Influence score for completed Mission to 2 from 1
Reduced amount of Bucks needed for Research point by 20%
Added Rail-Battery PowerUP module (Tier#2)
Increased LevelUP rate by 20%, so…

Reduced Comet's velocity and damage by 20%
