- Reworked area in front of Pop Pop's House with updated enemy spawners and a clean water source

- Fixed shooting limbs of NPCs (such as the Apex) not granting ranged XP
- Fixed mastery XP (such as ranged) not updating when opening the ESC menu
- Fixed lights sometimes not turning on in villages when it turns to night
- Fixed exception with police system targeting an AI that was already despawned
- Fixed exception with employee skill tree instance
- Fixed Bellstalker not dropping items on death
- Bellstalker disappears much earlier now on death
