Bugfix patch

Try to fix the crashing on exit from bars by a slightly different method of resetting the water, which we think is the problem, unfortunately since we cannot reproduce this on our machines trying to fix this one is a bit of trial and error, if anyone has any clues please let us know..
fix heavy plane achievement not being awarded, it should also award retroactively if you have previously built the heavy plane, when you load the heavy plane into the hangar (you may need to load a different plane and then reload the heavy for this to work)
fix softlock in brewing ferment/distill phase
fix Sky Breeze Whisky and Bland Aqua Brandy which could not be made due to incorrect data
fix home indicator disappearing after you go into the hangar
fix contract tutorial softlock when it ran in the brewery and the contract was accepted before the dialog prompt
fallback for games failing to load when they unexpectedly cannot load a plane, they will default to the hangar
added location indicators that correspond to an additional legend the map to give clues about where ingredients can be found
number of ingredient slots on map legend increased so that all ingredients on an island will be shown
