Changes:
- Swing power bar is now a 2D UI so it renders on top of 3d objects and is always orthogonal to the camera
- Add outline to player character, aim arrow, and ball when obscured

- Hole 2: Add glass panel so you can’t hole in one and get soft locked
- Hole 5: move entire hole so it’s easier to tell how to get to Hole 6
- Hole 6: Make glass panel wider so you can’t jump around it
- Hole 9: Widen wooden gutters to make it easier to complete it
