This update is not savegame compatible

Here the patch notes:

UI
-Now the pops are shown as integrals and not float in their tooltip in the Territory Menu. Same for the revenu from taxes from the rural and urban population
-The admin cost of a territory is now rounded
-Removed the tooltips for the buttons in the Macrobuilder for now
-Increased the size of the three info buttons in the City su-Menu of the Territory Menu
-The O in the other name button when you have a new ruler is now a capital
-Made the UI for events less transparents where there is texts. Also, made yellower the title of the event and a bit bigger
-Increased a bit the size of the counsel texts explaining how the map work in the Choose faction Menu. So that it will be a bit more readable
-Exchanged the "Description" title for the button that show or hide the region descritpion in the Choose faction Menu by ">" and "<"
-Added the QWERTZ keyboard thanks to JarlFrank(who made me discover its existence)
-Increased a bit the size of the text area in the events
-Hidden the temple and palace UI under a WIP panel
-Resized a bit the texts for the laws
-Added the Revolt mapmode to the dropdown for choosing the mapmode
-The years before promotion or demotion of a noble house will now be acountdown from a number going up, as intended
-Gave their good tooltips to the priviledges and duties of the clergies and nobles
-The texts for the rooms of the tombs is now properly translated

Bugs
-Corrected a bad numerotation of the tooltips fro the Biomes of a territory. The informations are now good
-The button showing the size of the Rion Mine of the territory is now properly set
-The 4 info button in the Main Infos of the Territory Menu are now properly translated
-Sync the naming of the local temple with their local gods
-Now the clergies will earn 0.25 Influence per temple level as intended, and not 0.5. Also, there is now no more maximum for this source of influence
-The tooltip for tools now properly work
-The Political Difficulty now affect the loyalty of the clergies as intended
-The dropdown for conquest after a campaign is now reset at each campaign, so that if you win the first one, then lose the next, you will not conquer this territory
-Corrected a bug on how the portraits were set. Now you will no more have egyptians in SUmer, Elam and other cultures
-The background of the big menus will now close as intended if you go the Escape Menu when you have one of the big menus open
-The corruption now work for the buildings
-Corrected a bug of incrementation of the cost of the roads and forts when you put your mouse over your treasury at the top of the screen
-Corrected an error on in which order the mines were put in the code that make that the order was fumbled for the gem, silver and gold mines

Tweaks
-Changed how the theophoric names for the Canaanites work. when god names are suffixes, they will no more be linked by an hyphen, but as one word. Ex: from Aper-Dagan to Aperdagan. Added even more simple names for Canaanites and prefixes for Theophoric names(thanks to the Amarna letters)
-Added a gem mine in Ta-Seti representing the amethyst mines of the Wadi el-Hudi at 20km south-east of Assouan. It will be the smallest gem mine on the map. Increased all the other gem mines by one level. Reduced by 20% the wealth produced by gem mines(from a base of 25 to 20)
-Renamed the Lybian(oh a syntax error) to the Libou
-Now the 4 great agriculture ideas(new seeds, livestock farming, etc) will now use the local rural wealth as prerequisite from the local production of rural wealth of the terriory. Now they should appear on the map
-Now, the territories in Libya, the Sinaï and Eastern Egypt will no more become true territories appart from the Way of Horus
-Now the distance from the capital will increase unrest by 4% of its value from 2.5%

Gameplay
-Now the clergies have Temporary Influence like the nobles. They only earn it during regencies for now, but later, other events and things can increase it
-Removed the sanctuaries for the tombs. Tombs will be reworked in a future update anyway

-Added 5 events during regencies that will put you even more in crisis
