Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed a bug causing Elites to not have floating damage text.

Changes:

- Grimoire of Expansion will now decrease cooldowns by 15% instead of 25%

- Grimoire of Duplication will now increase cooldowns by 15% instead of 25%

- Yata no Kagami damage increased from 225 to 300

New Additions:

- XP Gain passive added

- It will now be indicated on the main menu when you have unlocked a new level or Soul Spell
