Battle style picking interface increases displays of different styles Chips info.

Optimization/Adjustment

Lower sound effect volume of Floating Laser and its explosion
Show Weapon name when at pause
The cursor now has a glimmering effect when in battle
Wind Core's effect changes to move every 50 meters, +1% damage.
Out of mission area time limit increases to 10 seconds. The warning will now show a countdown.

Bug fixes

Fixes the problem that graphic settings will reset after player restarts the game.
Fixes the problem that the controller is invalid in the loading screen
