For realsies fix to Loading Dungeons

Fixed a bug that kept players from being able to enter a dungeon while on the Extreme difficulty. You should now be able to start dungeons on any difficulty (I swear that's how we intended the game to work)
Some depots below may not display changed files because our bot does not own the specific depot or game.
Game can be donated with a key, by sending a gift, or using curator system.
