UI: Add 2 AZ-TECH loadout images for the missile and obsidian strike abilities.
UI: New weapon hud (still needs some icons).
UI: Pass on scaling hud elements for diff resolutions.
UI: Standardize hud offsets from edge of screen.
UI: Add divider to blood orb bar to show how many bars are needed to use the sacrifice ability.
Bug Fix: Fix hiding ability icons on score summary.
