Meta-Ghost: Prologue is out today, the Racing Match has begun!

The free prologue version includes all the single-player gameplay content from the original demo, with some additions. Mainly features:

  • Single-player gameplay: 2 difficulty levels
  • Characters: 3 characters
  • In-game builds: 5 driver systems (changed "Assistant" driver to "Mirage " drive), with over 30 new relics added
  • Out-of-game development: Unlock prosthetic weaponing, add 14 new sets, and introduce 15 attributes
  • Team gameplay: 2 team difficulty levels; switchable maps, selectable rewards; team network synchronization optimization
  • New single-player and team-match ranking
  • New Suits system

In addition, we are also hosting a competitive racing event with prizes! Here is the racing match rules:

Racing Match Rules for "Meta Ghost: Prologue"

All players of "Meta Ghost: Prologue" can participate in

I. Categories of Racing Matches:

  • Solo Racing Match
  • Team Racing Match

II. Event Period

The Racing Match Event will start from February 28th, 2024 at 6:00 PM (PT), the official release date of "Meta Ghost: Prologue," and will end on March 12th, 2024, at 8:00 PM. The event will last for 14 days. We will complete contacting the winning players and distributing prizes by March 20th. However, as this is a purely online event, we do not have access to players' specific contact information. Therefore, after the event concludes, we will announce the nicknames of the winning players through the announcement function on various platforms. Players can claim their prizes by providing screenshots of their Steam homepage info and their respective 14-digit Steam ID codes. (Specific claim procedures and methods to view Steam IDs will be shown in the announcement).

If any force majeure event occurs leading to a reduction in the challenge time for a large number of players (such as server fluctuations or other reasons), the event duration may be extended as deemed necessary (specific circumstances will be notified separately).

III. Prize Rules

Each player can receive a maximum of one reward. If multiple criteria are met, the best tier reward will be selected.

If a recipient of a certain tier reward has already received other rewards, the recipient will be shifted down one rank.

Leaderboard Rules: In case of the same score, players will be ranked based on the completion time, with the player completing the score earlier ranked higher.

Solo Racing Match:
First Prize (1 winner): The player who completes the highest difficulty Preliminary of Breaking Show (in the prologue) in the shortest time (character unrestricted).

Second Prize (2 winners): Using characters other than those who won the first prize, the players who complete the highest difficulty Preliminary of Breaking Show (in the prologue) in the shortest time among the first-ranked characters of the other two playable characters.

Third Prize (2 winners): After excluding the above winners, the two players with the highest rankings on the overall character leaderboard.

Team Racing Match:
First Prize (2-3 winners): The multi-player team that completes the highest difficulty Team Match (Difficulty 2, Heat 9 in the prologue) in the shortest time (team players ≥ 2, character selection unrestricted).

Second Prize (3 winners): The top three single players who complete the highest difficulty Team Match (Difficulty 2, Heat 9 in the prologue) in the shortest time (character selection unrestricted).

Third Prize (4-6 winners): Apart from the first-place team, two multi-player teams that complete the highest difficulty Team Match (Difficulty 2, Heat 9 in the prologue) in the shortest time (team players ≥ 2, character selection unrestricted).

_P.S.
If a player in a winning team of the Team Match has already achieved a ranking in the "Breaking Show Racing Match (i.e., solo mode)," that player will be excluded when awarding the team.

If members of winning teams in the Team Match Racing Match have also achieved top-three rankings in the solo challenges of the Team Match, the recipients of the Team Match Second Prize (top three solo players) will be shifted down by one position._

IV. Prizes

**First Prize: $40 USD worth Steam Digital Gift Card

Second Prize: $20 USD worth Steam Digital Gift Card

Third Prize: $8 USD worth Steam Digital Gift Card**

Actual awarding will require adding the official personnel's Steam account and sending gift cards through Steam friends. Winners are requested to proactively contact the official account to claim their prizes. We hope everyone achieves great results!
