Hello everyone, so I've completed a new update that has brought a lot of new changes to the game.
Short and concise:
- Complete change of interface styling;
- Spacecraft recycling;
- New farm ship module;
- New third-person view mode;
- Redesigned the mechanics of improvements;
- Some models have been redesigned;
- Balancing of some devices has been carried out;
- Improved performance.
Now let's talk in more detail about each innovation.
Finally, a style has been found that will suit the game, and it will stay with us for a long time throughout the game. Now it is more futuristic, has sharp corners and edges, as well as all the graphics along with the models. Along with the new interface came the convenience of using many elements that had previously been made not quite successfully.
The spacecraft has been almost completely redesigned and optimized as much as possible. Now it looks exactly as intended, but in the future I will improve it a little more, as new updates will be released that will require more monitors and space for themselves on the ship itself.
One of the most important innovations is the farm. Crystals or plants can be grown on the farm. There are now 3 types of crystals: energy, earth and quantum. All of them will be needed to upgrade the clones and the farm. There are only one plants now, but they will be added in the future with regular updates. The existing plant is necessary for processing into bio-fuel. Bio-fuel can be sold for good money, but for this you will have to make the delivery yourself. Here we come to the next innovation.
A third-person view will be available during the delivery of bio-fuel to one of the planets. You will need to make your way to the factory through space pirates. At the same time, you will need to keep an eye on the mobile container, which may lag behind you. Three types of devices and clones will help you with this, which will come to the rescue if you can get close to the factory. Shipping is a difficult task, but extremely profitable. This mission starts with only one life, and if you die during it, the barrels will disappear, and you will be returned to the ship.
As mentioned above, we now have 3 types of crystals, and now each improvement will require a different type of crystal. You can grow them both on the farm and get them during the main missions. In honor of this change, the crystal models and icons were redesigned.
There was also a small balancing of some devices, but it is almost insignificant and designed for what I'm going to do with them in the future.
And the last thing. I've been able to improve performance a little bit, but things will get even better in the future.
