- Added more calling cards.

[Removed]
- Removed forward rendering option as it was ultimately not needed.

[Known Issues]
- Lifts/Elevators will sometimes cause a player to vanish, This seems to not happen as often.

** Note: This might fix an issue where Steam does not allow players to join after leaving a hosted match. This can't be tested due to not having enough testers.

If you are kicked randomly or players can't join you after you have left a hosted match to make another, Please let the developers know so we can look into this issues further.
