Elf Kicker Update 1.2: Speed-running, DLC, fixes.

Update 1.2 introduces speed-running capabilities by introducing a timer in the corner of the game screen and an end game timer score.

Graphical changes: small update to menu graphic (fixed rock standing out)
small update to level 29: fixed elf head loading behind elf body

Other changes. Added link to Patreon in extras menu.

DLC levels pack is finished and waiting for testing to release, hoping to release in Early March, while it will be available in the store for pre-purchase now.
