(LoadBalancer) Created Load Balancer
(Zone/LoadBalancer/Server) Added ability to create private (password protected) arenas
(Chat/Zone) Added ability to have multiple chat rooms (to support multiple arenas)
(Chat/LoadBalancer/Store/Server) Added ability to terminate based off of file system
