Bugs and fixes

Ñil's ladrillo cannot hit consecutively.
When two throws are attempted at the same time, there is not longer damage.
Catrina's Cenote and Fotografía super no longer interfere.
Ma. María's Naranja Ex is not invisible anymore.
Toto Nahua's normal Péndulo normal follows jump trajectory.
Fixes in difficulty spikes.
At pause screen there is now separation in between special moves for better reading.
