Poison Familiar had a really obvious infinite combo that I missed, so I reworked it -- the Tsuchigumo now deals poison damage to an adjacent enemy equal to its hit when you apply sickness / corrosion
Fire Staff range for the kill trigger limited to 2
Scia Axe scaling increased
Enemy Speech should now pop up even if floating text is off (the option wasn't supposed to affect this)
