First update since the release: two new features and one bug fix.

Steam achievement: 14 Steam achievements are now available for Monument Village
New difficulty "peaceful": In this mode, Tessa will not send you any request and you cannot lose. You can build your village and monument at your own pace!

Fixes a deadlock when the available workforce is negative (which can happen after some innovations)
