Here's the patch notes for v0.1.0.4:

Fixed lighting artifacts and performance improvement
Removed customers asking for items from locked licenses
Switched electric bills to be calculated only during the day. The bills won't increase when you take too long to restock before or after the day, from now on.
Reduced bank loan interests
Reduced the cost of purchasing storage area
Visual bugFixes
Translation fixes
