Update notes via Steam Community

SteamDB has updated the BBCode parser, report issues in Discord if some notes look very wrong compared to Steam community.

Added : Items Storage Box.
Added : Storage Box and Tucker Fridge are now located in several Property locations.
Fixed : Chopper time trial now active.(NOTE : All time trial records have been reset)
Fixed : Extra checks for Job Fail issue when leaving job area.
Changed : Nelly will now flee if shot.
Changed : Gates and doors no longer block horse or critters when opened.
Changed : Blood decals remain for a longer time during a contract (Contract critter only).

Other tweaks.
