Respawn drone functionality, this respawns the drone at the starting blocks and resets the race for the player.
Respawn drone can be triggered by pushing "R" key.
Respawn drone can also be triggered with button / axis. Binding in controller settings.
Race timer never stops anymore once started unless you stop it.
Stop race timer by "S" key, This stops the timer.
Added a legend to the pause menu for the new keys.
