A New UI Set

Fixed a bug that cause cross to show up in mainmenu
Fixed a bug that cause Lament bullet collision stays after hit
Improved Lament Firing Animation
Ember's Secondary Missiles now fly toward targets earlier
Now [Earth Faction Plasma Weapons]has green color,because cyan is for Realm Demons
Performence :
UIs and Decals now have lesser performance impact
Find a mistake that make a lot of Damage Pop up UIs to update everyframe too many times,only need to update once for every hit
