-Fixed Solar Shield relic effect
-Weapon stat rolls can now duplicate
-Rolled tags now properly trigger corresponding damage types (fire/ice/lightning)
-Overall reduced higher rarity weapon drop/sell chance
-Increased spawn interval for packed enemies at around minute 15
-Book of Ice now shoots 1 projectile 3 times instead of 2
